Nice one from Brussels Airlines. They've been using our top Belgian tennis player Justine Henin for a while now in all their communication. Until the time came, yesterday, that she decided to put an end to her amazing career. No problem for the marketing guys, they created some kind of top topical for this event. The banner on the BA website reads: "More time for travel... more chances to sit next to you" "Justine Henin, frequent flyer, now only for pleasure." Or how to turn a loss into something positive.
